The 38 Hynes Meeting Rooms add up to 91,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The Hynes can handle any meeting agenda, including multiple-track programs with simultaneous sessions. Meeting rooms are no more than three minutes from each other, the exhibit halls or any building location. Each room is a beautifully furnished space with wired and wireless Internet access and the most current AV technology. Choose among a variety of different sized rooms and ceiling heights, and combine rooms according to your needs.
