Transportation Services

The Hynes is easy to get around and is directly connected to hotels, shops, restaurants and Boston's public transportation systems. The MCCA Transportation Team is available to coordinate everything from taxi and shuttle drop-offs/pick-ups, parking needs, to access to public transportation and access for commercial vehicles.

Building Access

There are two weather-protected entrances offering easy and convenient access to the facility from Boylston Street and The Shops at Prudential Center. The covered drop-off area on the Boylston Street side provides a sheltered drop-off and pick-up point for shuttles, taxis, and private vehicles. The building offers separate entrances for freight traffic with direct street access from both sides of the facility.

MCCA Transportation Team

The MCCA Transportation Manager will work with you to design a transportation plan to fit your event at the Hynes. In the event of last-minute changes or challenges, your Transportation Manager is also expert at delivering on-the-spot solutions to unexpected situations.
