Amtrak/Commuter Rail -- If traveling by commuter rail or Amtrak from
points west or south of Boston, you should disembark
at South Station, which is only a three-minute drive,
15-minute walk or two-stop public transit "T" ride to the BCEC.
If traveling by commuter rail or Amtrak from points
north of Boston, you should disembark at North Station.
From there, take the Orange Line inbound to Downtown
Crossing. Switch to the Red Line (towards Ashmont/Braintree)
and take one stop to South Station, which is only a
three-minute drive, 15-minute walk or two-stop public transit "T" ride to the BCEC.
Public Transportation -- The Boston Convention
& Exhibition Center is located on the MBTA "Silver
Line" and will introduce passengers to the most
technologically sophisticated Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
service available today. Traveling through exclusive
BRT express lanes and underground tunnels, the rapid
transit bus takes you directly from Logan International
Airport or South Station Red Lines stop to the World
Trade Center Silver Line "T" stop, just steps
from the BCEC. From the World Trade Center "T"
stop, follow the signs above ground and towards the
Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. See "Boston
