Surveying Your Attendees On-Site for Real-Time Feedback

For event planners and show managers, no single factor is more important than attendee satisfaction. But to meet and exceed the expectations and needs of your attendees, you need to know what’s on their mind. That’s why Boston offers Online Surveys to solicit real-time data from attendees during the event so planners can improve and enhance the guest experience – both during and after the event. For its part, Boston utilizes the data to  ensure that it is delivering the very best convention services.

Survey kiosks are located in central locations in both the BCEC and the Hynes to make it easy and convenient for attendees to give feedback. The system captures critical data on everything from how an attendee’s primary event goals are being realized to their opinion on the meeting facility, food and beverage, parking, their hotel accommodations, transportation and other important areas. At the end of each event day, the MCCA Event Services department downloads the survey information and emails a copy to the event organizer. It’s an invaluable tool to help you be nimble and responsive enough to implement any necessary changes as the event is taking place.

To incentivize attendees to complete the surveys, Boston has prize drawings where survey participants are eligible to win a free iPod. In 2006, thousands of attendees participated in Boston’s online surveys. Come to Boston and we’ll help you capture the mission-critical attendee information that will make your next event the best it can be.
