The award-winning Convention Services Team of the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau (GBCVB) can save you valuable time and money in locating important city services for your event.
Each Boston event is assigned a dedicated Convention Services Manager to:
- Serve as your primary contact for sourcing and choosing the best value-added services for your event
- Working with you pre-event and on-site to meet your requirements, including last minute requests for you, your exhibitors and your attendees
- Provide superior expertise and knowledge of the City of Boston and surrounding areas
From lead services to accessing special events permits, our Convention Services Managers will ensure you have a successful meeting in Boston.
Lead Services Program
Your GBCVB Convention Services Manager is your single point of contact for city services, including RFP distribution and assembling competitive rates and preferred services from over 1,200 member companies and facilities.
Attendance Building Programs
The GBCVB works closely with meeting planners to support you in marketing your Boston-based event with established attendance building programs, as well as the opportunity to have customized programs built to your specific needs.
Promotional Materials & Publications
The GBCVB has a variety of promotional materials available to assist you in the promotion of any upcoming event or meeting, including photos, videos, maps, visitor guides and more.
Housing Bureau
