Audio Visual
The BCEC offers a wide selection of AV services and equipment including translation support, audience response systems, webcast services, recording and playback, staging, and more. Bring in your own team, or contract our preferred in-house provider to set up all varieties of AV-supported sessions and functions.
Sound System
All meeting rooms include a wired microphone and a built-in sound system. Order additional equipment based on your program needs, including wireless microphones, playback devices and upgraded sound systems.
Recording
A central recording room is available for use by AV and recording companies, allowing all meeting areas--meeting rooms, exhibit halls, and ballroom--to be recorded from this location.
Broadcasting
All BCEC meeting rooms are connected to a central system which allows common or individual broadcast of any live session to any room.
Paging
Paging is available throughout the building. This service is free of charge during show hours and move-in/out periods and can be done from anywhere in the building.
Promotional Opportunities
Plasma monitors, including 33 new LED displays, in lobby and exhibit areas enable you to run general information or advertising broadcasts.

The BCEC high definition Video Wall is a first in the convention industry. It displays dynamic or static content that rotates during a pre-arranged schedule to showcase your brand, event details, floor plans, advertising and/or entertainment. The Video Wall sits above the entrance to the exhibit hall and spans the width of the BCEC's North Lobby. It is the ultimate gateway to your event!

The BCEC Media Tower is also a first in the convention industry. The tower's impressive scale provides an unparalleled branding opportunity. It consists of two HD LED screens and two louvered LED towers with full-motion and It offers more than 3,000 square feet of display area. It provides visibility for more than half a mile and reaches an audience of more than 100,000 pedestrians and motorists.
