AV Services at the Hynes deliver the latest technical capabilities to support any event. Our AV staff is equipped to deliver the services you need in meeting rooms, exhibit halls and throughout the building.
Our experts are available on request to set up AV-supported sessions and functions with microphones and built-in sound systems, and can provide you with a wide selection of optional equipment including simultaneous translation support, audience response systems, webcast services, recording and playback, staging, and more. Outside contractors can also be used.
Most meeting rooms include built-in sound systems. Other types of equipment, including microphones, playback devices and larger sound systems, are available on request.
A central recording room is available for use by AV and recording companies. All meeting areas, including the ballrooms, auditorium, and exhibit areas, can be recorded from one location.
Paging is available throughout the building. This service is free of charge during show hours and move-in/out periods and can be done from anywhere in the building.
