Medical

On-site medical support is provided at both the BCEC and the Hynes for your exhibitors, attendees and vendors' convenience.

The First Aid Office, at the BCEC and at the Hynes, is staffed with a Registered Nurse, who is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician. The Public Safety Officers may respond, along with the nurse, to all medical calls.

Medical coverage can be provided during show hours for all events and is recommended during more-in/our hours. We have defibrillators onsite for emergencies.

To ensure further support, the City of Boston's Health and Hospitals Emergency Medical Service is notified of all emergency medical conditions and for transport of all patients to area medical facilities as necessary. We are directly connected with them.
