Our expert staff will provide you assistance for the best location for your event's advertising, information and directional signage. They will help you customize opportunities for advertising impact throughout the key areas -- exhibit halls, meeting rooms, and registration and function areas.

Both the BCEC and the Hynes provide multiple interior and exterior hanging points as well as high visibility locations to accommodate your signage needs. You will be able to put your signs in high-impact areas to direct attendees flow and promote important event messaging.

Plasma screens are strategically located throughout the BCEC and Hynes for your use. Our infrastructure and the technology we provide allow for creative signage such as window wraps, unique banner placements and floor signage. Additional promotional opportunities at the BCEC include the brand new 159' x 12' Video Wall and 78' tall Media Tower:

The BCEC high definition Video Wall is a first in the convention industry. It displays dynamic or static content that rotates during a pre-arranged schedule to showcase your brand, event details, floor plans, advertising and/or entertainment. The Video Wall sits above the entrance to the exhibit hall and spans the width of the BCEC's North Lobby. It is the ultimate gateway to your event!

The BCEC Media Tower is also a first in the convention industry. The tower's impressive scale provides an unparalleled branding opportunity. It consists of two HD LED screens and two louvered LED towers with full-motion and It offers more than 3,000 square feet of display area. It provides visibility for more than half a mile and reaches an audience of more than 100,000 pedestrians and motorists.
