Guest Services

We are committed to providing the best customer service of any convention city in the country. The BCEC and the Hynes have introduced a number of innovative programs to enhance the experience of attendees and exhibitors and provide value-added services for meeting planners.

 

Our staff of Guest Services Associates, easily distinguished by their red blazers, is stationed throughout the facilities to greet and help attendees. All greeters have extensive knowledge of the city and the facilities.

 

Boston offers electronic Attendees Surveys to solicit real-time data from attendees during the event so planners can improve and enhance the guest experience.

The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority owns and operates the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.

The Boston Convention Marketing Center is a joint effort of the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority to market and sell the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.
