Our staff of Guest Services Associates, easily distinguished by their red blazers, is stationed throughout the facilities to greet and help attendees. All greeters have extensive knowledge of the city and the facilities.
Boston offers electronic Attendees Surveys to solicit real-time data from attendees during the event so planners can improve and enhance the guest experience.
