Labor Services

When it comes to customer-friendly labor, Boston works for you better than any other venue. You will be given one point-of-contact for all services. Boston's workforce has jurisdiction over the loading docks and exhibit halls and works directly with your selected General Services Contractor. The exhibitor-friendly participation rules give your exhibitors flexibility when setting up their booths.

Facility managers and labor leaders in Boston are committed to moving your organization in-and-out of the Hynes and BCEC as quickly and safely as possible to keep your costs down and create a harmonious working environment.

Labor Services Advantages:

  • The BCEC's 62-bay loading dock and direct-drive-on capabilities mean all set-up and dismantle operations can be accomplished more quickly
  • Exhibitor rights enable all full-time company employees to unpack, assemble, dismantle and pack their booth properties
  • There are no limits on exhibitor rights regardless of booth size
  • Open floor for decorators gives you more flexibility for decorator services
